Radahub FZE – Terms of Service

Welcome to Radahub FZE (“Radahub”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of radahubfze.com, any associated sub-websites under different brand names, and our official e-commerce channels, whether via website or social media (“Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.

2. Scope of Services

Radahub operates in two business modes:

1. Current Model (B2B Appointment-Based Sales) – Customers contact us via email or phone to discuss requirements, schedule meetings, and, if mutually agreed, sign a sales contract.
2. Future Model (Consumer E-Commerce Sales) – We will offer certain goods/services for direct online purchase through Radahub-operated websites and approved social media channels.

These Terms cover both current and future operations.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payments

3.1 Current Model

• No products or services are sold directly online at present.
• Prices, payment terms, and conditions are mutually agreed and confirmed in a written contract before any transaction.
• Once agreed, prices will not change unless both parties consent in writing.

3.2 Future E-Commerce Model

• Product prices will be clearly displayed on our online platforms.
• Prices will not change post-purchase unless communicated and accepted prior to processing.
• Any promotional discounts will be applied in line with UAE regulations. If prices drop      within a legally specified period after purchase, customers may be entitled to a refund of the difference as per UAE law.
• Payments will be processed via secure, compliant UAE payment gateways in accordance with UAE cybersecurity requirements.

4. Invoices & Documentation

• For all transactions, we issue a dated invoice in Arabic (with optional English copy).
• Invoices include:
  • Trade name and address
  • Description of goods/services, quantity, and price
  • Payment terms and any agreed after-sales service or warranty details
• We comply with UAE invoicing standards and retain all records as required by law.

5. Warranties, Returns & Defects

5.1 Current Model (B2B)

• Warranty, return, and defect terms are agreed upon in writing in each sales contract.
• In B2B transactions, these terms are binding as per contract law and the UAE Civil Transactions Law.

5.2 Future E-Commerce Model (Consumer Sales)

• We will provide product warranties in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 and its amendments).
• Customers will have the right to request repairs, replacements, or refunds for defective or non-conforming goods within the timeframes set by law.
• If any product poses a safety risk, we will promptly notify customers and the relevant      authorities, and initiate necessary recalls.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect and use personal data only for the purposes of fulfilling orders, providing      services, improving operations, and complying with legal obligations.
• We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
• All data is handled in compliance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable free zone regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

• The company logo, designed exclusively by Radahub FZE, appearing on, but not limited to, websites, social media content, brochures, business cards, packaging, presentations, and marketing materials, is the sole property of Radahub FZE.
• All content, including images, graphics, and other materials appearing on the “Computer Systems and Software Designing” page, especially but not limited to, "Radahub Services Diagram", is also owned by Radahub FZE.
• The logo, and the aforementioned content on the “Computer Systems and Software Designing” page, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without prior written consent from Radahub FZE.
• Other content or materials appearing elsewhere may be subject to third-party rights, and Radahub FZE does not claim ownership over such third-party content.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We do not exclude liability where prohibited by UAE law.
• For B2B sales, liability is limited to what is expressly stated in the written sales contract.
• For consumer sales, our liability is as prescribed under UAE Consumer Protection Law.

9. Dispute Resolution

• We aim to resolve all concerns directly with the customer.
• If a resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to the UAE Ministry of Economy or the relevant Sharjah free zone authority.

10. Amendments to These Terms

• We may update these Terms to reflect changes in business operations or legal requirements.
• For B2B clients, any change to contractual terms will require mutual written consent.
• For consumer sales, updated Terms will be published online with a clear effective date.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
